Tinello is the Sintesi restaurant bistro. A new place where you can stop for either a quick break or stay longer and enjoy sharing, seasonal products, and discovering new artisanal wines.

The menu changes according to what is in season and is not divided into courses, but designed around different dishes that depend on what is in season and the spirit of the kitchen.

The stars though are, of course, fresh pasta (even stuffed pasta), vegetables and dishes designed  for sharing in order to celebrate the pleasure of eating & being together.

We also have our kitchen counter with its selection of local cheeses and cold cuts and other delicious treats.

The wine list features natural and biodynamic wines that tell the stories of small artisan makers and territories near and far away
